is it me or do they never show that last final "drop" of the cakes once she puts the spatula in and more importantly how she gets the spatula out without messing up the icing. LOL always my scariest part. LOL

the spatuala tip was great. i always use a long flat one. DUH LOL Also, I liked seeing her do the swap and noticed that she started from the bottom and went up, I have always done it the opposite way and never with good results.
Dumb question though, what was that tool called that she used to cut the dowels? And where can you buy it. I need one of those.
