Lazy day today after granddaughter's birthday party yesterday so take out pizza tonight.

That spaghetti & meatballs sounds pretty good! And a white chocolate mocha and a good cigarette...well--they'd just have to cart me off somewhere--too much pleasure in one sitting!
Tonight:
Pork chops (oven fried)
Twice baked potatoes (my specialty)
Steamed broccoli
Fresh iced tea (it's a Southern thing--required for nourishment)
Probably tiramisu for dessert (if there's any left)

Leily, Mom said cut out any worms and cut off the top part of the corn including the tassles and fold the husk back over the top of the corn. She then put it in bags to freeze. She always cooks hers in the microwave still in the husks but you can always take that part off too.

EWWW... I can honestly say I have never had worms in my corn.... Guess that is a bonus of getting to pick my own though.

we had pizza from this little pizzeria & it was amazing--we've never ate there before but will be going back for sure!
