Egg whites are worse though (spilt about 1/2 dozen the other day and didn't get it all) icon_sad.gif

Freezing cakes helps to keep it moist.

(I've done that before and it is a hard job to get it all.)

Just pipe some pretty flowers and keeping the decorations simple sometimes works better than too much decorations.
