Dried batter is more difficult to deal with than fresh batter
Egg whites are worse though (spilt about 1/2 dozen the other day and didn't get it all) ![]()
Freezing cakes helps to keep it moist.
(I've done that before and it is a hard job to get it all.)
Happy when the cake is baked and decorated.
Just pipe some pretty flowers and keeping the decorations simple sometimes works better than too much decorations.
Maybe you should try a piping bag instead of a pipe??
