(The trips was great. It was smooth flying in FIRST class. They lost q bqg of mine but its getting delivered tonight)

Icing sugar should be added in slowly unless you want an icing cloud to hit you.
(Great to have you back Peaches. How did you spend the 11 hours between your flights? Did you use my suggestion. LOL!)

(i ended up booking a last minute bed in a hostel and sleeping for a bit)
Too many leftovers when I make cakes, icing, cream,fillings,cake domes and all that equal to pounds in my beautiful body.lol
Usually somone has to lick the bowl at the end of cooking at my place too (sometimes I beat the kids LOL)
All batter sticks helplessly on the counter and if you don't find it right away you spend hours scrubbing
