I don't know if anyone missed me but I am back icon_smile.gif I had lasik a little over a week agoo and was taking it easy on the computer. I think I have a lot to read now. icon_smile.gifthumbs_up.gif

Welcome back Bonnie! DH got me lasik for my Bday but I haven't had it done yet. My brother just had his done and he's so happy with it.

The surgery went well and I was at 20/20 the very first day. They thought I would be able to see 20/15 when I was totally healed. It's great to not have to wear contacts but I feel sometimes that I have them in or I feel like I need to go take them out..LOL Have to remind myself. It wouldn't be good for me to go and try to get them out now. icon_smile.gif They completely heal in three months. Lisa I was very nervous and even after didn't get completely happy right away because I was so worried before but it's not bad at all.. In the long term I think it will be well worth it. icon_smile.gif

Thanks again everyone!! It's nice to be missed. hehe

Was the Lasik scary at all? That's really brave to go in for eye surgery. icon_confused.gif I couldn't imagine that!
