I don't know if anyone missed me but I am back I had lasik a little over a week agoo and was taking it easy on the computer. I think I have a lot to read now.

Welcome back Bonnie! DH got me lasik for my Bday but I haven't had it done yet. My brother just had his done and he's so happy with it.

The surgery went well and I was at 20/20 the very first day. They thought I would be able to see 20/15 when I was totally healed. It's great to not have to wear contacts but I feel sometimes that I have them in or I feel like I need to go take them out..LOL Have to remind myself. It wouldn't be good for me to go and try to get them out now. They completely heal in three months. Lisa I was very nervous and even after didn't get completely happy right away because I was so worried before but it's not bad at all.. In the long term I think it will be well worth it.

Was the Lasik scary at all? That's really brave to go in for eye surgery. I couldn't imagine that!
