Hi everyone! I haven't been online for a few days, I had knee surgery last Friday. I had a torn ACL and torn cartilage in 2 places. I've been catching up on a few magazines, but the magazines have such great recipes in them that they are making me want to bake Christmas cookies, etc! Anyways, I have lots of pictures in the galleries to catch up on, just wanted to say hi again!

You forgot to tell me that you were having knee surgery. I would have sent you a card! Your always so sweet to me! Helping me out when I had evacuees from New Orleans here & being a wonderful support to me during that time!

How did the surgery go? You must have had pretty bad tears for them to do surgery so quick. I've had the same surgery & it sure helped me big time! Only thing.. they had to take all my cartlige & meniscus. My knee locks up a lot but no pain! It was worth it!

I hope you have healed up by now!! If you need anything just email me! I bet your rearing to get back in the kitchen to do more cakes! Oh, & cookies! Hope your feeling better!

Glad to see your doing ok now....remember to rest like your doctor tells you...it wouldn't be any fun having to be out of the kitchen for an extra couple of weeks just because you couldn't wait the first time
