Mom made a composite print of several different cakes put together to come up with this design that she wanted me to replicate. The base is 10" and the top tier is 5" covered in fondant. All accents cars, train and helicopter are all fondant.

Three tier wedding cake covered in white fondant embellished with sugar flowers of gardenias and a peony on top. The lace applique made of fondant trims each tier to give an elegant touch.
Rounds and Hexs with no cutter handmade cherry blossoms. Fondant was scribed with a pin and colored with pearl dust and cranberry coloring. Flowers dusted with cranberry. TFL
This cake was made for our very first cake competition. The inspiration came from the ribbon at the bottom of the cake. The cake won first place in it's division.
Princess carriage for my niece's little girl. It was inspired by many princess carriage cakes I found here on CC. I used Wilton sports ball pan for the cake. TFL
Choc mudcake covered in fondant, decorated with hand cut silhouette of bride & groom and also Deer. Flowers and leaves also hand made. Diamonte banding is non edible. Was very happy with the result. TFL :-)

I have designed and made this cake for a competition which is running on a national tv programme in the UK called daybreak. It has been an honour to make this cake, and I loved thinking up the design, trying to think of a show stopper for tv!!!!
Requested by a client and somewhat designed by me. The blocks were an attempt to replicate some custom blocks the mother had for the baby. The elephant topper was requested and made out of gumpaste.

Here is a collaboration of 2 minds. Kristin and I work together and during our breaks, we would talk about the perfect cake for Scarlett! The theme shifted from circus to elmo. Either way, i was happy to work with the theme and happier that I was able to create this for baby Scarlett. Happy Happy birthday sweet sweet scarlett! Vanilla cake with chocolate smbc filling. Cake frosted in ganache and covered in Fondant. All decors were hand cut. (yes i do own a cricut machine but it has been 2 years and it's still in the box) ** a first - 4 in vanilla swiss meringue buttercream covered smash cake. no fondant except for the decors - i almost died. ahahahah thankfully, the upside down method worked for me. Also, sorry for the not so nice piping of the border. I do not know how to pipe much except on cupcakes. LOL

I made this cake Washington's Evergreen State Fair cake competition. The ballerina, flowers, key, and other decorations are hand molded gumpaste.
Buttercream tiers with ivory fondant stripes. Accented with supgar peonies and rhinestone ribbon and monogram topper.
Milk chocolate TRIPLE filled. Sweet cream of eggs and Apricot, Plum with dulce de Letche and Walnut strogonoff. Combination super well accepted!!
Dummy cake covered with fondant, gumpaste decorations.
6"+8"+10". Gold gumpaste roses with buttercream hand piped swirls.
