Autumn Colored Floral Birthday Cake
All done in buttercream except for dark chocolate molded leaves. Cake is made with Splenda since client is diabetic. The white icing had a "texture" to it because of the Splenda (I even put the splenda in the blender to make it more like confectioners sugar.) If anyone has a great smooth/crusting buttercream recipe that is diabetic friendly, I would welcome it! :)
