My name is Rosie and I love all things baking- especially cake decorating. I started decorating around April 2014 and have learned much along the way. I have a Youtube channel (Rosie's Dessert Spot) where I like to share what I have learned and hope to inspire others to create satisfying work in the kitchen. Photography is my second love, especially food and night photography. I live in Melbourne Australia and I am married to my Cannon DSLR camera, much to my partners dismay ;)
