One of the easier cakes to decorate. 1/4 sheet cake with BC frosting and lt. brown fondant sponged with darker brown. RI writing painted with gold luster dust.

This is sad...for the life of me, I couldn't make a drop flower. So I just made "stars". It's been over 20 years since I made drop flowers...Tsk, Tsk, Tsk! Fondant bow, RI Star flowers and buttercream frosting.

This was made per customer's request--gave me a pic of the design. 1/4 sheet cake with skull shaped from an oval cake. All buttercream frosting.
12" 2-layer chocolate fudge cake with fondant embossed "belt" around bottom of cake. Fondant bandana and gumpaste boot and hat. Wimped out and used real rope--broke the first cowboy hat and had lttle time to make another. Hat and boot dusted with coca powder.

This cake was made for a little girl's BD party that had a petting zoo. Sophie requested a pink pig. 1/4 sheet cake and 1/2 ball cake for the pig's head. Snout is RKT, ears are fondant and frosted in BC.

These cookies were made for the capping ceremony for some nurses that went to Guatamala with Doctors Without Borders. Handcut (as I couldn't find a cutter that was head and cap only on short notice) with royal icing.
This has turned out to be my most requested cake among girls right now. 1/4 sheet cake with a carved horse head from /4 sheet cake. Horse is frosted in BC with RKT ears covered in fondant.

Our fire department had donated 5 birthday parties at a fire station and I had donated 5 cakes to "Because I Care" I was not happy with the way this cake turned out--Cake frosted in BC with fondant cut-out fire truck and hose nozzle painted with NuSIlver luster dust.

This goes with the cake for 264 guests. THis is a 2-layer 14" chocolate fudge cake with ball cake. Soccer ball cake is covered in fondant--each geometrical piece hand cut and placed (booger-bear to get it all lined up right). Jersey is fondant with groom's name on it.
This is by far, the biggest cake I have made--serving 264 guests. Red Velvet cake with BC frosting. Main cake: 16", 12", and 8" . Back satellite cakes and middle satellite cakes are 8" amd 6". Front cake is a 6" cake--all are 2-layers.

This was made with a 1/4 sheet cake. Cut out cloud stencils and sprayed with Wilton's spray. All BC frosting.
THis actually looked better in my head. Had these small baby stamps and thought i would stamp a pattern on the fondant. Fondant was really too soft and my collors tourned out too dark. But customer loved it.
