This was a replica of Sandycove Martello Tower in Dublin where two James Joyce enthusiasts met and later married so it was an ideal subject for their wedding cake which was carved from Biscuit cake.

This was a Madeira cake painted with Petal dust and Vodka and was made for a friend who likes to paint flowers.

A Christening cake for a little baby boy, we also included his sister. Bottom tier was Carrot and top Lemon drizzle.
What A Splash
This was a chocolate made for a friend. Diving Board made from Pastillage, everything else Fondant.
My favourite viewing at Christmas has to be The Snowman so included it on my cake.
South Sea Island
This was for a friend who got engaged on a South Sea Island, the top and bands which were nonpareils were features from her dress. The cake was gluten and dairy free.
On The Catwalk
This was made for a textile designer incorporating a lot of her designs. Flexique was used to make her dress which was easy to use.
