Save The Bees
Was so delighted to receive Gold and Best in Class for my cake which was inspired by “sustainability” at Cake International, Birmingham. The flower centre was made dot by dot, making bees was also painstaking as I kept loosing the gelatine leaves but it got from Ireland to UK intact and was a labour of love overall.

Well, homeschooling 5 children exercises my patience sooooo much... that cake decorating becomes a piece of cake!... But your art is way beyond that, congratulations for your well deserved Gold Medal!
