Sweet Little Lambs Baby Shower Cake
I delivered this cake to the venue today but was a little early...by two weeks. LOL At least I can remove the bows and the lambs to use for the do-over in a couple of weeks. The lambs were part of the invitation and party theme. The parents aren't learning the gender of their baby until delivery, hence the pink and blue colors.

Island Princess Barbie Cake
This cake was for a lucky little 6 year old. Everything is fondant except for the peacock fan and crown. I loved doing this cake! Doll is wrapped in plastic wrap. Cake was a 10" and a Wonder Mold pan, torted, filled, and carved. Barbie would have been too tall for just the Wonder Mold pan. TFL!

Zebra Stripes And Scrolls
Hand cut stripes and handmade scrolls. This was a fun cake to do. The cake was supposed to have "16" on the top, which were made in the same style as the scrolls, but both 6's broke ~ hence the last-minute use of Tappits letters, which was not in the original design and I think takes away from the look of the cake ~ but they loved it, so mission accomplished. :)

Twilight/murder Mystery Birthday Cake
The recipient of this cake was a girl turning 13 years old who is a huge Twilight fan (aren't they all? LOL) and was having a murder mystery themed slumber party. Everything is handmade except for the ribbon and the apple. I really need to master how to use my Cricut for cutting letters - I downloaded the Twilight font and the cake would have rocked with the correct lettering! She wanted marble cake, so I added some red food color to the white cake batter and it looked awesome! Thought it went well with the murder mystery theme. LOL TFL!

Music Notes And Bows Birthday Cake
This cake was for a 13 y/o girl who recently started playing the cello. She did not want pink, purple, butterflies, or flowers...so she got bows! Cake topper wires are inserted into a bubble tea straw with white chocolate piped inside the straw to secure them and to protect the cake from the wire. NEVER PUT WIRE DIRECTLY INTO CAKE! :)
