The coffin is half dummies on bottom and cake for the rest, covered in fondant. the arm is pvc pipe, with rice cereal treats holding a stryrofoam circle eye. The board is covered in chocolate oreo cookies that were done in a food processor. I hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I loved making it.

Castle
This was my first attempt at making a castle cake. The main castle is made from a double layer 10" sq. then a 6" sq to finish. the terrets are all paper towel roll. the cones are sugar cones covered in icing and dipped in sugar crystals. The crowns on the edger were cut from fondant about five days ahead. I was really pleased with this cake. It made me crazy nervouse though

The Tool Box
This cake was done for a Jack and Jill Wedding shower. The couple were both remarrying and they were having a Lowes gift card party. I was asked to make tools or something. All of the Tools are White and colored chocolate and dusted with silver luster dust. The cake is a 1/2 sheet cut in half and stacked, and a 8"round for the top.

Tea Anyone?
This was done for a little girls birthday. This mom was at the party that I did the sculpted football arena. She was dying to have a teapot. The spout was a sugar cookie that I over baked with a popsicle stick in it. I then coated it in icing to get the right roundness. The handles and saucers are all fondant made about a week or so ahead. The cups area all oversized cupcakes.

Giant Cupcake
This is a double layered 12" round cake. The sides were just built up with buttercream and angled the spatula to give it the graded look. Once crusted over, you use your impression mat to give the liner look. Then finish off with lots of buttercream and the 1's are made from fondant ahead of time, to look like confetti.

This is a grooms cake that I did for a cute couple. He designed the wedding cake and liked this cake that I already had in my album. It is chocolate cake with chocolate icing, fudge drizzle, chocolate fondant made into sticks and both milk and dark chocolate curls. This is one of my favorite grooms cakes that I do.

Gambler's Cake
This was my very first competition piece ever! Talk about a train wreck, My daugter ate most of my cards three days before the show and I had to make all new ones. She also ate the dots off the dice, getting the fondant wet, thus making me reover those. I nearly had a heart attack from this cake. In the end, all went really well. I received and 1st place ribbon on this piece. Now I have the competition bug. Everything is covered in fondant with an edible image on top that is made into a plaque with
