Country Themed Wedding Cake
These are two of the wedding cakes made for a country style wedding. The bride wanted 4 cakes ( 6, 9, 12 inches round and 8X8 inches square) but didn't want them stacked. I did not get to see the cakes set up ( I delivered the cakes the night before). I will post pictures when they come. The cows, horseshoes and flowers are made of fondant.

Obedience Class Graduation
This cake was made for a Dog obedience class from which my dog was graduating. I made it mostly to practice my technique ( which needs improvement). It's nice to make cakes, but only if you've got someone to eat and enjoy them. Each dog was made of Modeling chocolate which was then covered in fondant. I've had a hard time with assembling figures out of fondant as they always seem to slump over. This is the best method I've found so far.

St-Pats Day Cake
This was a cake order - I decided to try using different materials since the customer was not very specific as to what she wanted. The pot of gold was made of Rice treat. The gold had gold glitter on it. The rainbow and clovers are fondant that had been left to dry. This was a Vanilla cake with lime pudding filling and vanilla buttercream frosting.

Earth Day Cake
My most ambitious/ crazy project yet. I made this within 4 days and spent 30 hours on it.... long nights! Was definitely worth while. I made it for the school I teach at. The kids were beyond themselves! It fed 350 people (320 kids + staff). It was 2 and a half feet tall and weighed over 150lbs.
