Roses Are Red
I call it "Chesterfield" design, like the famous couch. topped with a red flower bouquet and lots of filler flowers. flowers are all hand made from gum paste, cake covered in first buttercream and then Fondant. As all of my cakes are, this as well is gluten free.
Green Mini Wedding Cake
couple had a small allergy-free cake for themselves and their mothers. rest of the guests got a big wedding cake from another bakery. unfortunately I forgot to bring the cake stand to the photo shoot. so my photographer put the stand in the picture afterwards. Ups. but for the rest: no filter, no retouching, just cake.

Fall Buttercream Wedding Cake
this is actually my 1st buttercream (!!) wedding cake. really wonder why brides always prefer fondant. it's a vanilla cake with different berries already baked into the dough, filled with a fluffy vanilla bean buttercream. than crusting BC for the white frosting and the buttercream flowers. flower design inspiration by Valeri & Christina from Queen of Hearts Couture Cakes. imprint on white BC is something I came up 2 yrs ago with my green BC cake I made for CC magazine ;-) colors and imprint in white BC inspired by bride's dress and collar scheme of the wedding. it was held in a shed like location. very cozy! it's gluten free and lactose free

"classic Rose" Design In Purple
couple did choose for one of my standard designs called "classic roses", color scheme purple. its a 9/7/5inch vanilla-bean cake with dark chocolate ganache filling. roses are from sugar paste (raynshaw) 2 are just dusted, 2 are painted in an alcohol/dust mix. professional photos taken by Creative-Clicks
Love Birds Anniversary Cake
one year ago I made their wedding cake; this year their 1st anniversary cake. I baked fresh berries into the batter and filled it with homemade mouse au chocolat. covered in white fondant; brushed with (edible) color (and a bit of edible luster). ps: it's gluten-free
1st time wireing the petals of a flower. Normally I always "glue" the petals together. Fantasy flower, but I used the peony cutter from Collette Peters. I love them.
Mr. Tiger Surprise Cake

Feyenoord Football Cake
De Stadionclub, De club aan de Maas, De Trots van Zuid ... actually I was fully booked this last week. But than I was called and asked to make a #Feyenoord Cake; Feyenoord is THE football club from Rotterdam ;-) it's vanilla sponge with cointreau sirup, filled with a lime-creamcheese-yohgurt filling; covered in fondant. football is also vanilla sponge, hexagons are from half - half (fondant, GP), red lines are royal icing. original Feyenoord logo is a print on SugarSheet.
“kids” ordered that cake for their parents 50th wedding anniversary. I had no chance to convince them to another design. they precisely ordered THAT cake ;-) of course gluten-free as ALL of my cakes.
