Fall Buttercream Wedding Cake

this is actually my 1st buttercream (!!) wedding cake. really wonder why brides always prefer fondant. it's a vanilla cake with different berries already baked into the dough, filled with a fluffy vanilla bean buttercream. than crusting BC for the white frosting and the buttercream flowers. flower design inspiration by Valeri & Christina from Queen of Hearts Couture Cakes. imprint on white BC is something I came up 2 yrs ago with my green BC cake I made for CC magazine ;-)

colors and imprint in white BC inspired by bride's dress and collar scheme of the wedding. it was held in a shed like location. very cozy!

it's gluten free and lactose free
