All done in fondant. The yellow was done with the wilton yello spray and the chevron was made with red and blue sugar sheets on top of white fondant.
Baptism Cake For Edu
Fondant Cake for a Baptism. Flowers made out of gumpaste/fondant mix and crib made out of fondant. It took for ever to put the dragees on the diamont pattern! I had to do the pattern using a diamond shaped cookie cutter, so It wasn't perfect (I do not have an impression mat.) I am pretty happy with the way it turned out.

Super Hero Birthday Cake
10" by 10" square cake covered in fondant. The building is a dummy cake and the figurines are toys. The customer brought me a picture of what she wanted so I recreated it.
Purse And High Heels Shoe Birthday Cake
Cake inspired by Riky's chanel cake. This was my first time doing a gumpaste/fondant shoe and a purse mini cake so overall I'm happy with the result. Everything is edible but the pearls. Vanila rum WASC with dulce de leche filling
Pinkalicious Giant Cupcake Cake
Marble Cake (WASC) with vanilla buttercream covered in Fondant. The cake was made with a 8x3 round cake pan and, the wonder mold. Since the wonder mold cake did not raise all the way up to the end (I did not put all the batter because I was afraid it wasn't going to cook properly,) I baked a short 8" round (about 2" high) to give it more height. I couldn't use the wilton giant cupcake mold because this cake needed to feed 30 people.
Romero Britto Fondant Cake
I made this for a surprise Birthday party. It is a 12" vanilla rum cake with dulce de leche filling. The flower is a Fondant plaque and it is handpainted.
First Wedding Cake!!!
This was my first wedding cake (and only one so far,) the largest cake I have ever done and my first time working with fresh flowers. This was my wedding gift for my friend. My hubby decided he was going to help me with the support (he likes doing that and also carving.) and I let him. It turnes out he only put support on the first layer so the top layer had no support!!! He thought I had done the middle layer. I wanted to kill him LOL. It was nerve wracking! Our table was right next to the cake and we spent the whole wedding praying for them to cut the cake. Thank god everything was fine. My friend love it and he told me he couldn't wait until his first anniversary to eat the cake again. Every guest that found out I made the cake came to congratulate me on it, which made me very proud (although I know the cake is definitely not flawless.) It was WASC and chocolate WASC with Rasberry filling covered in Satin Ice fondant.
8" WASC cake filled with Dulce de Leche. Ivory fondant, purple fondant details and disco dust
4" Mini New York Cheesecake with strawberry puree. The heart is made out of chocolate.
WASC cupcakes with Indy's Buttercream. It was done last minute for an inpromtu dinner party
Elan's Mod Monkey First Birthday Party
I made this cake for my son's first birthday party. I loved how the cake turned out. I made the cupcake stand and it was so cute but I didn't have a chance to take a picture of it. The cake is wasc covered in fondant. The cupcakes are frosted with buttercream and fondant accents (including pictures of my son printed with an edible printer.) the monkey was made with chocolate fondant mixed with tylose.I am very pleased with the results since I had never made a figure before (I have done 3D cakes but never a figure.) At least the cake turned out cute because I did not have much time to decorate the party how I wanted to =(
Painted Tinker Bell on a homemade fondant disk (it has to be fondant without glycerine.) It is painted with non-toxic markers, gel colors and Acohol. The alcohol is used to dilute the paint and also to blend in the markers. It also has petal dusts and disco/pixie dust.
Minnie Mouse 2D Figure
I med this at a class yesterday (2D technique.) The pink was brighter but I left it in my car for 5 hours so the sun ruined the color. It is made out of fondant and gumpaste (3/4 fondant 1/4 gumpaste.)
Elmo Birthday Party Cake
I made this for one for the 2nd B-Day party of one of my best friends' son almost a year ago. It is a fondant cake with a 3D Elmo buttercream cake (Elmo's eyes and nose are made out of fondant.) Everything was cake except for the fish tank and the live fish. Everything was WASC with nutella filling. I don't know if it was because I was pregnant at the time, but when I tasted the cake, it tasted like heaven! LOL (and I normally do not eat too much cake because people always ask me to bring cakes and I am sick and tired of eating them! hahaha)
This is my first attempt at cupcake bouquets. I did not have time to finish them, or enough cupcakes, so this is the end result. These were for my son's teachers/camp councelor. The cupcakes were s'more mini cupcakes. The batter had graham crackers with a nuttela center (and nutella on top) with a home made marshmellow cream on top. Any tips would be greatly appreciated it. Thank you!
New Baby Pink Cookie Bouquet
This was my first ever cookie bouquet. It took me longer than expected to make because It took a lot of trial and error ( i tried 3 different kinds of sticks and I wasn't sure which materials to use). Overall I am pleased with it. I made this for my hubby's cousin's new baby. Khalstead modified NFSC with Royal icing
