Minnie Mouse Cake For Noa's 1St Birthday
I made this cake for my friend's daughter's first birthday. The cake was WASC (but i used a combination of vanilla and almond flavours and rum instead of of just almond). I dyed some of the batter pink and the mixed it slightly with the white batter. Everything was made out of T's Marshmellow fondant (except the doll, which was made with styrofoam and fondant). The bow was made with gumtex and MMF; for some reason it didn't harden even though I let it dry overnight (that's why its droopy). Any suggestions would be appreciated. Even though the cake was not perfect this is the first cake that i have made that I'm really happy with. My friend said she didn't want to cut the cake because it was too pretty so she made me cut it LOL! Thanks for looking! ps: Thank you to all of the decorators that posted their minnie mouse cakes because they were an inspiration!

Elmo Cake
I made this cake for my son's first birthday. This was my first decorated cake. It took a long time for me to make and its far from perfect because I had virtually no training. When I did this cake I wasnt even done with Wilton's course 1 (thank god for you tube!). The bottom cake is marshmallow fondant (this was my first time making and working with fondant.) The loops of the cupcakes flattened out because i didnt know you had to mix them with gum text and let them dry out.

Birthday Cake
This cake was a pain in the rear end. Everything that could go wrong went wrong so I had to pull an all-nighter to finish it. This is the 2nd cake I have done for sale so its obviously not perfect but everyone loved it. I do not own an airbrush machine so I had to hand paint the bow silver and blue and I didnt have the proper powder for it so it took forever and it does not look as nice. Also, this is the first time I have ever done a loopy bow.

Tinkerbell Cake
I made this cake for my friend's 5 year old daughter. I loved seeing her reaction when she saw the cake! This is the first cake that I have ever made for somebody (other than my son's first birthday). The base of the cake is covered in buttercream and the body of the doll is covered in fondant. I got some inspiration from Winkdaddy (thank you)
