This is an EC doll from a show in the early 90's called Lift Off. EC stands for every child and if a girl had it it was called elizabeth charles and if a boy had it was called charles elizabeth. Anyhoo it is made of chocolate cake with Irish cream icing and fondant.
Ice cream cake I made for mums birthday. She had the cake at yum cha and for my family who couldn't make it there I made an ice cream cake at home on her actual birthday. First time making an ice cream cake so it melted a little while I was making it. I crushed chocolate biscuits on the bottom added fluff and chocolate caramel easter eggs crushed into the biscuit. Then white ice cream then chocolate and then strawberry. Then I coloured some ice cream a bit more pinker to write with But melted anyway.
Cake for my aunty. She's hardly been out in the last 2 weeks and plans on flying this cake back to sydney with her to keep with the little girl toppers I previously made.

Beer can for my uncle. He has lots of these cans in his yard as he collects and recycles them (and also drinks them). It's not what I wanted but stuff happens. The lable said "Like old stale beer through a beer can, so too are the days of 'my uncles name' life" He didn't cut it. I think he's taking it home to freeze it for ever. Oh well just glad he liked it.
This is for my cousins wedding cake. The bride and groom are to somewhat toon resemble them. The 2 little girls were supposed to be in the wedding party but tragically passed away last year but will be there in memory with themselves and their parents.
Birthday cake for my partner with edible image and mum lifted the cover and took parts of the cake which is why the sides looks funny but was lovely anyway.

Mary and Joseph. Made for my Aunty to give to her friends as a chrissy gift. The lady that got this one had a guest ask where the knife was and she asked "for what???", "to eat the cake" was the reply and she ripped up the cake from the table and said that no one was eating her cake LOLOLOL so hard when I found out. All the others were eaten.

Made some of these for my christmas cakes. Inspired from CC. I had originally made Mary and Joseph in brown and my daughter informed me that Mary is blue and white so I ended up with 2 Mary and Josephs. (Had to make 2 Blue Mary's to go with brown Josephs.
