It's hot in good ole aussie land and thought it was appropriate for our expected heat (not this year, it was kind of cold for this time of year brrrr we nearly reached 27 degrees celcius) It was for my aunty. She asked for 5 of these cakes. Mostly inspired by aine2 and other very talented people on CC
