Beach Birthday Cake

My daughter designed this for her 9th birthday. She was sweet and wanted it simple, and chose a square cake with an umbrella and palm tree. I added the towel and flip flops as a surprise. She loved it. Sand is graham crackers, white & brown sugar and espresso powder. All fondant.

Soccer Hs Grad.

Everything is edible. Soccer balls are pieced together, hollow and about 1 1/2 " wide. Name on edible diploma has been blurred for privacy.

Splat!! Paintball, Grad, Dancing!

Done for a brother & sister. One into dancing, one into paintball. Both graduating. The "splats" are fondant. Mini splats on the bottom.

Hat is red velvet, teacups are rice crispy treats covered in Godiva, covered in fondant.

Mad Hatter Teapot

I made this for the Mad Hatter Charity Ball benefitting the local Mentor Me Chapter. They were live auctioned off. They wanted something really bright, I usually do softer colors. Cake body, rice crispy handle and lid, rice crispy base (yellow part). Everything you see is edible. They wanted it "bright, bright, bright...anything bright!" Personally I like pastels, but it was fun to play with brights too.

Gerber Daisy Cake

I made this for our school secretaries birthday. My first time with ganache as frosting. Not as smooth as SMBC, but I just wanted something cheerful for her. Red velvet on the inside.

Purse Cake

My first purse cake. Everything is edible. It was a quick job, I wasn't sure if I was going to have time for it this week and it was a surprise for my niece's graduation. So it's got a few flaws, but overall I think it turned out ok. I made a mini from the scraps to go with it. The swiggly lines are her initials K L

It stand about 4" tall. All edible. I was out of small cakeboard so I used a clean tile I had.

Garden Flower Stenciled Cookies...

I made about 150 of these, most of them are for a charity event I do each year. I used NFSC and Toba's glace. I like how cheerful they turned out. TFL

The Queens Cake

This is for a womens 40th birthday party. The theme was "Queen for a Day". Fondant accents, gumpaste roses, isomalt jewels, and gumpaste tiara/crown.

I haven't dusted them yet. I used the 5 petal cutter. I know everyone on here is making these, but I'm really excited about them. They are my first ones of this kind. I used a "kiss" as the center.
