The Gentlemen's Apple
Here is another version of my apple cake. I thought it looked more masculine, so I'm calling it the gentlemen's apple. I thought it would be good for a male teacher. I actually airbrushed this one red anyway because I was entering it into the County Fair (it got 2nd place!! Yeah!), but I liked it this way too and almost left it.

Pb&j Sandwich Cake
I made this for my daughter's 6th birthday. I asked her over and over again if she really wanted a peanut butter and jelly cake or a princess. She really wanted the pb&j, so here ya go..... It was a big hit with her. It was peanut butter cake and chocolate cake with light raspberry SMBC. Fed about 40 people. I was so thrilled it turned out since my little girl has been so patient about me making cakes for family and friends. I really wanted her to love her cake, and "thank goodness" she did. :-)

Follow The Footprints, Blue Baby Cake
My first baby shower cake. I made it for a family reunion, our cousins are having a boy. The little pieces took forever to do, and I airbrushed all of them. The footprints make a path all the way around to the top of the cake. It was a choc. cake with SMBC covered in fondant.

An Apple For The Teacher
I made this for my daughter's kindergarden teacher for the last day of school. It is a choc. almond cake with SM buttercream. Airbrushed. My nephew made the worm, he's 13, I think he did a great job! He also stayed up with me til 12:00am helping me test colors and airbrush the cake. This is my first time using the airbrush, it was sooo much fun!!

Daisy Cake
This was for my daughter's 5th birthday party. I made enough daisies for all the little guest to each get one. Some of them looked like people at the party, just turned out that way. The icing is a buttercup, yellow buttercream. The flowers are gumpaste. I like the one with a hat, she was suppose to just be blonde and I goofed so she got a pink hat! Isn't cake wonderful that way.
