Wisteria Bonsai Cake
Hazelnut cake (sides with green tea tuile), on the top is shredded coconut mixed with green tea powder (I prefer it over green colouring especially for sweetened coconut, makes it less sweet) and gumpaste wisteria bonsai. Wisteria blossoms are very time consuming to make, but worth it I think :)

Charlotte Filled With Fruit And Decorated With Chocolate Butterflies.
Some old photos. Butterflies have been done according to instructions in Whimsical bakehouse book. Ladybugs are made of strawberry halves, with the markings drawn using a toothpick and dark chocolate. The rosebuds around the cake are from rose tea, and the leaves are fresh mint.
