Gumpaste magnolia bonsai tree. It was supposed to go into a pot cake, but there was a last minute change (realizing that I don't have enough chocolate to cover it, and marzipan and fondant was out of the question, that doesn't get eaten in my house :( ).

Carrot cake with ginger meringue, red currants as bottom border, gumpaste bas relief on the top. Would have looked better if it was covered in fondant, but that unfortunately doesn't get eaten in my house.

Carrot cake in a gumpaste box with gumpaste/fondant decorations. The box cover unfortunately hasn't dried firmly enough to stand upright leaning on the cake due to change of weather and high humidity, I hate it when weather is not cooperating :(
