Penguin Paradise
critique group member: I had a ton of trouble with this cake, but in the end I am happy. Bottom tier is a 9" round and top is a 6" round both are covered in MMF. All penguins are fondant. There are a total of 18 penguins on this cake, I know its alot but I love penguins and couldn't decide which ones not to use.

Lions Vs. Cowboys
critique group member: This is a 9" chocolate cake covered in chocolate buttercream that I made for my sister's boyfriend. He is flying in for the game and I thought it would be fitting to have a Lions vs. Cowboys game cake. Sadly, this is probably the only way the lions will be on top of the Cowboys :( The logos and border are fondant.

Golf And Bikes Birthday
The man this cake was for loves golf and riding his bike so the top of the cake had a golf club and ball and the side had bikes going around it. For the bikes on the side of the cake, I had to use a motorcycle cookie cutter and modify it to work because I didn't have time to order one online.

High School Musical 2
This was a cake I made for a HIgh School Musical 2 premiere party/ birthday. The girls at the party thought it was "the coolest". It was buttercream with a laminated image and fondant and royal icing accents. I tried putting a link in my comments, but it won't work so in case you want it here it is: http://www.entertainmentwallpaper.com/images/desktops/movie/hsm2.jpg

Bright Ideas
I did these cookies for the Clarkston Village Players after party. The play was called Bright Ideas and is about parents that will do anything to get their son into a posh school before he turns 4. I created some schools, skull and crossbones, tombstones with now enrolling on them, some cake to celebrate the child's 4th bday which comes at the end of the play, and of course spelt out the play name in cookies.
