Bat Mitzvah Cakes
These are the cakes I made for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah party. The bowl cake is yellow cake with raspberry bc and then fondant. It is placed on a cake board covered in marble fondant. Next to it I sprinkled the board w/powdered sugar. The half braided challah is rice krispie treats covered in fondant. The "baked" challah is chocolate cake with almond bc and fondant.

Flock Of Butterflies
This is about half of the 3D butterfly cookies I made as favors for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah party this weekend. The are the same shape and wing pattern as the butterflies on the quilt we will be making at the party. Thank you to Bobwonderbuns (and others) for the suggestions for how to do this. I used NFSC dough and Antonia 74's icing.

Symbols Of Sukkot Cake
This was for a Bar Mitzvah that was held on the first day of Sukkot. I used the easy marshmallow fondant for the cake "icing" and schach, candy clay for stems and the inner part of the lulav (center plant), and kosher nondairy white chocolate, tinted green for the leaves and outer covering of the lulav.

Torah Bar Mitzvah Cake
This was my son's Bar Mitzvah cake, straight from the pages of a Wilton book. The only difference is that we used the crusting buttercream rather than regular fondant. Unfortunately, I discovered a parade of people had come in and touched the "plaque" and it is cracked in many places, although the photo doesn't show it. Needless to say, we weren't going to serve that anyway!
