Broken Window Cookie
This is a cookie I designed for a boy's Bar Mitzvah favor. He has a reputation in the community for breaking windows when he plays baseball. The mother loved the cookie, but has decided not to buy these due to budget restraints. This sample was done using some ready made royal so I could show her the idea. I plan to make one with some Homemade royal so I can post it on my site as a sample of my design ability.

Raspberry Truffle Torte
This is a chocolate cake brushed with raspberry jam, filled with raspberry ganache, and covered in regular ganache. This was the first time I have covered an entire cake in ganache and did not realize at the time their where some special tricks to doing this. My sides ended up very clumpy, but thanks to my CC friends and learned I could use a hair dryer to melt and smooth the sides. It made a huge improvement!

Simchas Torah Sheet Cake
This was a cake for our Shul/Temple Simchas Torah party. During this holiday we celebrate that we have finished another cycle through the Torah readings and have the opportunity to start again. This is why I chose to put little Torahs on each section. This was vanilla cake w/vanilla icing. (Sorry the photo is a little blurry)

Sukkot Lulav Cake
This is a seven layer cake (dobosh torte). I was really bored of bread baking and even though it is generally plain on top I decided to embellish this one. It was for a friend who had company coming in for Sukkot, so I used a little fondant and made a lulav and etrog (the symbols of the holiday).

Monkey Birthday Cake
This cake was made for a four year old's Monkey themed birthday party. The cake was vanilla with a banana flavored parve "buttercream" icing. I used a cake design that was posted on "Easy Cake Decorating", and it was fairly easy. I did adapt it some, and although you can't really see it in the photo the design went down onto all the sides.

Yeshiva Boker's Hat And Talmud Volume
This was a going away cake(s) for my son who is leaving for Yeshiva (Jewish high school). The Talmud volume is chocolate cake w/mocha buttercreme, and my daughter Chani tediously made each letter out of fondant. The hat is a replica of my son's hat, complete with the brim turned down (to look cool). It was Chai cake with cinnamon buttercreme. These were my first attempts at a hat cake and a book cake.

Gerbera Daisy Wedding Cake
This is my first wedding cake, first tiered cake (other than a mini) and first gumpaste flowers. It really made me appreciate all the amazing CC'ers who do this all the time! It was very stressful at times! I forgot to include the original this is based on came from dianescakesandmore.com.
