50Th Wedding Anniversary
10" double layer chocolate fudge with Twinkie filling. Iced in b/c with fondant/gumpaste roses and leaves. The edges of the roses and leaves are painted with gold luster dust. The gold leaves were purchased along with the 50th anniversary emblem. The cake was sprinkled with sparkle dust. The couple was pleasantly surprised. As always thank you for your comments.

Festive Holiday Wedding
6", 10", 12" 16" constructed on site. Here's a funny story - my daughter and I had the tiers all constructed then realized we forgot the beautiful silver stand. The Banquet Mgr. and my daughter lifted the cake and I slid the stand under - all was fine!!! Whew... French Vanilla cake and Chocolate Fudge with ganache, raspberry mousse and chocolate mousse fillings. Flowers/gumpaste fondant combo. Thanks for comments

Ivory/black Bridal Shower Cake
6" and 10" hearts consisting of all French Vanilla with Twinkie filling. Iced in all buttercream. Flowers, leaves and dots on sides all made of fondant/gumpaste. Black satin ribbon on sides. Non-edible greeting. Fondant/gumpaste border dusted in luster dust. Thanks for your comments.

Lori And Jason's Wedding
Wedding cake consisted of 10" and 6" Cherry Chip and French Vanilla iced and filled with b/c. Flowers were made from gumpaste and fondant combination. This wedding had 8" cakes on each of 19 tables. The cakes were a variety of flavors and fillings with silk arrangements on top. Bride and groom were very happy with the final outcome. Thank you for your comments.
