First Wedding Order
This was my first wedding order. I was so pleased as the entire project went without a "hitch". It is a replica of the Wilton "Elegant Ivory" oval. It was slightly smaller (7", 10" and 13"). Iced with Satin Ice over B/C. All layers were lemon with B/C filling. Thanks for your comments.

Another View Of Wedding Shower
This is just another view - close up of flowers. Thanks to Cambo for suggestions on greeting card. Since my writing skills are not too great yet I used Powerpoint to make greeting and pasted it onto 2 different colors of foam. Actually turned out ok - Thanks again everyone for taking a peak!!

Wedding Shower order - Bottom layer 11x15 single layer, middle layer 9x13 single layer, top 7" oval single layer. All iced with b/c, all layers chocolate marble. Flowers and decor combination of fondant and gumpaste w/edible pearls and dusted with luster dust. Thanks for all comments.

Another Baby Block Cake
This is another baby block cake order for lady from work. Used only 2 layers this time. Cake consisted of chocolate fudge layer and cherry chip with raspberry mousse filling. Forgot how long it took last time with assistance from my daughter - this time I was on my own - ended up taking until the wee hours of the morning. Ha Ha. Was pleased with outcome. Special Anniversary
This was actually my final for the Wilton Fondant/Gumpaste class but it reminded me of a special anniversary cake. Chocolate Fudge cake with chocolate b/c filling. Iced in MMF and b/c. Decor is made with gumpaste and Satin Ice fondant. Enjoyed working with gumpaste and the Satin Ice is great!! The flowers are the "Fantasy Flowers" from class recreated with additional petals giving it a full rose appearance. Thanks for your comments!

4Th And Final 4" For Taste Testing
This was the 4th and final 4" cake for taste testing. It was a lemon with lemon mousse filling. The decor was all fondant and b/c icing. The flowers on the previous cakes were all silk. Typically I would not decorate for taste testings but bride needed ideas. Thanks everyone for taking a peak and any feedback is most welcome.

Daughter's Birthday Cake
This is just my classic birthday cake I made for my oldest daughter. She requested the "Ding Dong" cake as she calls it. Double chocolate fudge torted with "Twinkie filling" and ganache fillings. I drizzled the top with white chocolate. It sure satisfies any chocolate cravings!!! Thanks for looking.

Birthday For A Sweet Young Girl
A double chocolate cake torted with Twinkie and Ganache fillings. Iced in B/C and decorated with fondant stars and hearts and blue sugar crystals. This was made for a client's young daughter's birthday. He said hearts and stars for a sweet young girl. Thanks for looking.

B-Day Cake For My Boss
This is a cake I made for my boss for his birthday. He had the first piece at 8:00 a.m. Chocolate fudge with ganache and twinkie filling. B/C icing drizzled with ganache and chocolate curls. I was just practicing with the chocolate curls and ganache over white icing. Not really difficult except having to work quickly to avoid the ganache setting up and making sure the b/c has crusted well.

Baby Blocks
This was a first for me and as always learned many lessons. They ultimately came out ok but not to my standards. The mother to be and everyone enjoyed them and liked the idea. Any comments are much appreciated. BTW they are 3 x 3 x 3 with 2 French Vanilla layers and 1 Cherry Chip layer with b/c icing with twinkie filling. Next time - only 2 layers.

Sculpted Book For A Special Birthday Lady
This cake was made for a lady who has her own bookbinding business. The batter was a banana cake torted with ganache. The icing was b/c and covered with ganache. The writing was piped with gold luster dust as well as the etching. The dark chocolate color gave the cake an antique appearance. The pan size was a 9 x 9 and then carved on the edges and approximately 3 inches cut from one side to make the oblong shape of the book.

Little Girl's Princess Cake
This cake was made for a little girl's 7th birthday. The cake consists of 3 layers of chocolate fudge cake with Twinkie filling, b/c icing, fondant pearls and royal icing flowers. I found the tiara on a website and used luster dust on it as well as the flowers. Thanks for any comments!
