Easter Bunny Cookies
NFSC with RI. The cookie on the left was designed to go with the matching cupcake I already posted. Forgot to download this picture before lending my camera; glad they weren't erased. Cookie on the left is based on another pattern of mine from years ago. The cookie on the right is just a large egg cutter with a small bunny cutter impressed into the cookie before baking. Thanks for looking.

Sleeping Baby Cookies
NFSC with RI. The ones on the left were outlined first and then flooded. The dots were added wet on wet. the ones on the right were flooded first and then outlined. The dots added after the icing was dry. Not sure which technique I like better. This design was simplified from one of my soft sculpture patterns made 20 years ago. Thanks for looking.

Halloween Cupcake
Starting to design for Halloween. This seems to need something, like a tombstone maybe behind the hand. Vanilla cupcake with chocolate buttercream. Hand is a lollipop from Oriental Trading, and blood is made using red candy melts dripped onto a rounded shape. Next time I'll use royal icing in case the blood drops droop in the heat. Thanks for looking.

Teacher Back To School Cupcake Collar
Designing for back to school. Chocolate fudge cupcake with buttercream icing and sprinkles. The candied apple is actually a lollipop dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with toffee bits set into a white chocolate wrapper. My design cupcake collar around a nutcup. Thanks for looking.

Ribbon Nutcup How-To
Step by step photos on how I insert a regular liner baked cupcake into a nutcup for a cleaner presentation and ease of removal to eat. The X cut makes it easy to push your finger up through the nutcup and ease the cupcake out. The holes punched keeps the ribbon from sliding down. I used a glue dot to adhere the bow. Slide and tap a cooled cupcake into the nutcup and decorate. You can also punch more holes and weave the ribbon in and out for a different effect and add a silk or royal icing flower instead of a bow. The cupcake is vanilla with vanilla buttercream using an Ateco 808 tip. (about 5/8" diameter hole at the tip) . Hope this is helpful to someone.

Cow Birthday Bouquet
For my youngest daughter's birthday. She collects cows and anything with a cow pattern on it. Hand cut cookies with NFSC and RI. I did the windmill last minute before I realized I had already dumped my icing container bottles, so ended up painting with a toothpick the icing that I scraped from the bowls I mixed the colors in ( I was desparate and out of time) . I don't recommend this method. Thanks for looking.
