My 29Th Birthday Cake
I decided to make my own birthday cake and share it with the people at work. It's a 3 tiered cake sized 6x8x10" round layers. The middle tier is chocolate cake with peanut butter moose and chocolate ganache fillings. The top and bottom tiers are vanilla cake with raspberry moose and white chocolate ganache fillings. I airbrushed each tier brown and then decorated the tiers with sky blue and kelly green fondant accents. Then I pipped round boarders with a #12 round tip using ivory colored buttercream. I used bubble tea straws for support and then a dowel in the middle.

Army Naitonal Guard Cake
Somebody wanted me to make a cake for her nephew who was going to boot camp for the Army National Guard. It's a 12x18x2" vanilla sheet cake. I airbrushed green, brown, and black in order to create a camouflage look. The logo was made from a frozen buttercream transfer. Used tip #7 for the bottom boarder and tip #21 for the top boarder.

Akita Dog Cake
I made this cake for my dad's birthday. It's a stacked cake of two 7x2" round layers and a bowl shaped cake. The cake was carved into the desired shape and frosted with the #233 hair tip. The front legs, head, and tail were molded from Rice Krispie treats (I omitted the butter in order to make them more firm). Cake was airbrushed. Mini chocolate chips were used for the claws.

S'more Cake
I made this cake for a family gathering on Labor Day. I took an 8x2" square cake and cut it in half and covered both pieces in chocolate fondant. I rolled out some modeling chocolate and laid it on top of the bottom portion of square cake. The round cake I covered in white fondant and airbrushed it brown and black. I put the top square cake on a cake board and set it on the round cake.

4Th Of July Cake
I had someone order this cake from me for an 80th birthday on 4th of July. It's a 12x18" vanilla cake. I used the airbrush to spray blue on the sides of the cake (I used the garland marker in order to get the curved shapes) and used tip#18 zig zags around the half circles. I used tip#7for the bottom boarder and tip#21 for the top border. I used the stars fondant cutters to make the star outlines and outlined them with tip#3 and filled in with tip#18.

New Year 2008
I made this cake for my parents' annual New Years Eve Euchre party. The cake is 2 tiers; the bottom tier is a 2 layer 8x2" square vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream filling and the top tier is a 2 layer 6x2" round chocolate cake with raspberry buttercream filling. I used 5 straws to support the top tier. The cake is frosted in buttercream and I used a diamond impression mat on the sides of the cake and inserted gold and silver dragees at each intersection. Black boarders are chocolate buttercream piped on with a round tip. The stars made out of fondant a few days ahead to help harden and was brushed with gold and silver glaze and pearl dust.

Mother's Day Cake
I made this cake for Mother's Day. It's a 2 layer 2x8" round strawberry cake flavored with white chocolate pudding. I did a basket weave around the sides with shell boarders. I made butter cream roses on top using Hersey Kisses as the base for the flowers and used the leaf tip on top.

Easter Cake 2007
I did this cake for my family for Easter. I made a DH french vanilla cake (using the cake mix extender recipe) and adding a box of cheesecake pudding. I baked the cake in a 2.5Q glass bowl, 8x2" round pan, and a mini stand up bear pan. I used the bowl and round cake as the bottom half of an Easter egg. I used fondant for the egg decorations and to make the pointy parts of the egg. I took the mini bear pan, cut off the ears, and used the 352 leaf tip to pipe on feathers so it would look like a baby chicken. I then used the grass tip to make grass on the inside of the egg and added some Easter candy to it.

New Year's Euchre Party Cake
This cake was for my parents' annual Euchre card party they do every year on New Year's Eve. This is a 9x13x2" BC white cake made from the cake mix extender recipe with some vanilla caramel coffee creamer and frosted with regular buttercream and chocolate buttercream colored red and black. I used a FBCT for the cards on top and used fondant accents for the sides of the cake.

Made this for my dad's birthday. He's a big hunting fan. I did a 2 layer 8x2" DH french vanilla cake with buttercream flavored by french vanilla coffee creamer and a filling of strawberry jam mixed with buttercream. I piped on the camoflague colors on the sides with tip#21 and after they crusted, I smoothed them out with a VIVA towel. I did grass on top and used the leaf tip on a ice cream cone for the tree. I also added a couple plastic deer and an army man on top.
