I decided to make my own birthday cake and share it with the people at work.

It's a 3 tiered cake sized 6x8x10" round layers. The middle tier is chocolate cake with peanut butter moose and chocolate ganache fillings. The top and bottom tiers are vanilla cake with raspberry moose and white chocolate ganache fillings.

I airbrushed each tier brown and then decorated the tiers with sky blue and kelly green fondant accents. Then I pipped round boarders with a #12 round tip using ivory colored buttercream. I used bubble tea straws for support and then a dowel in the middle.
