First Time Repairing A Cake
When I got home last nite and checked this cake, the top tier had begun to sink into the bottom tier! I lifted the top tier, cut a cake board to size, inserted dowels, replaced the top tier, added a new band of ivory fondant, added large and small pearls to the borders. Glad I caught it before it totally sank into the bottom tier!

Blue Rose
The white roses were the first attempt. The red and yellow were the second. I did the blue rose last nite, and I think I finally got it! See how well the center was covered? Look at the white ones those centers are wide open. It's great when folks can get it on the first shot but some of us have to practice.
