Ok. First time I made this cake for my nephews - i loved it. Thought it was a cute idea. Now I am getting tired of making it!! Even though everyone orders it a little different (Gators, Triplet girls, ASU bound) it is still getting a little tiresome! This one was for a HS grad on his way to Appalachian State.
The parents wanted something purple and gold with a white background. They requested stars, circles, french and purses. Interesting combination to come up with so I made a yellow chocolate eiffel tower and yellow chocolate purses for the center tier.

Made for triplet girls graduating high school. Made the three of them in their hot pink convertible pulling their mountain of luggage behind on a chain. I had made this cake once before for my nephews with different colors and themes. It turned out cute for girls. They wanted bright, fun, tropical colors. Made a fondant diploma for each and rolled it up next to her name.
slightly topsy turvey cake ( my first and I think maybe my last). I don't like inserting all those dowels all through the cake. Seems like it would be a pain to cut and eat. Anyway, I did it and it turned out cute. It was a 3-d design of a wilton 2-d design.
sports ball pan to make the baseball. put it on top of 10 inchs quare cake wtih mmf for bases. smudged the ball with cocoa and added some signatures.
dance team that did lots of different styles. didn't want people or slippers or tap shoes or anything. So I made a stage and curtains with roses thrown onto the stage after the performance.

Wanted to add more detail to the yard but seriously ran out of time and was putting together at the last minute!
