Was given a picture to of a cake they wanted, did my best. Chocolate layers, 8", 6", rice krispies shaped head, covered with mmf.

Pink Skull

9 and 6" cakes, mmf decorations, vanilla with buttercream. Ugh, saggy fonant the next day.

Betty's 80Th Celebration

Made for a dear person who turned 80, my daughter's mother-in-law. Vanilla almond sour cream recipe cake, bottom had pineapple filling, middle was chocolate buttercream, top white buttercream; mmf accents except flowers, cameo, ribbon, and beads. Tea pot was carved cake except spout and handle. TFL :)

50Th Anniversary

Did not have the items needed for original design so I went with what I had to achieve this. All vanilla cake w/ raspberry mousse filling-10" bottom, 8" middle, 6" top.

Lauren's Pink Cake

For a co-worker's daughter, she asked for something pink. First topsy-turvy for me, chocolate cake, chocolate BC, covered w/mmf. Candles are bamboo scewers covered w/mmf. The mom loved it, and I'm waiting to hear how the birthday girl liked it.

Storm Trooper Helmet

Man, do I have lots to learn yet! 5 chocolate cake layers, bottom was 10", going up to 8", carved, chocolate BC, covered in mmf. Birthday boy was extremely happy, so guess that's all that matters! TFL.

Mario & Luigi

A friend had been searching all around the local bakeries to have a Mario Brothers cake for her twins birthday with no luck. I had a full work schedule and didn't think I could do it, but decided to give it a try-this is the result. When she got home with the cake she called and the boys each got on the phone and Thanked me for their birthday cake, they were so excited when they saw it she said their eyes were as big as golf balls-this is what makes it worth losing sleep over trying to get Luigi's head on straight! LOL! Figures are my recipe for RCT, everything covered with mmf, cake was covered with ganache first, trying it as I've read on here that it works better than BC. All chocolate cake, bottom is 8"-2 layer, tube is 3-4" rounds with 5" top. I learn everytime I make a cake like this!

MOB wanted an orange & very small cake to surprise her daughter with. Bottom was 6", 4" top. This was taken "Pre-cat"; cake was in a closed box in another room and their cat decided he wanted the box...cake and all. Surprise alright, they ended up going to the local grocery store and getting a different small cake.

Seahawk Colors For Misty And Dale

Bride and groom are die-hard SeaHawks fans and asked for the colors, guess it's close! Bottom 14" lemon w/raspberry creme, middle 10" vanilla w/lemon creme, top vanilla w/chocolate raspberry creme. (Silk hydrangeas) Couple were extremely pleased with the outcome and so was I! Thanks for looking.

Stefanie's Sister's Cake

Bride requested orange, and it turned out pretty good I think. Bottom 8" vanilla w/raspberry filling, middle 6" chocolate w/vanilla cream cheese, top 5" white w/chocolate filling.

St. Patrick's Day Wedding Cake

Bottom 12" vanilla w/raspberry filling; middle chocolate w/chocolate raspberry filling; top white w/vanilla cream cheese filling. RI shamrocks and dots on the sides of the cake, my friend asked me to use this design-okay.

Speaks for itself! 9x13 chocolate cake with vanilla/bavarian creme filling, cream cheese icing under mmf. Someone told me it would do for a "plumbers butt' look...

For Stephanie-Boy Or Girl?

The parents chose not to know the sex of the baby before the birth! 10" strawberry, 8" vanilla, and 6" chocolate, all with buttercream, cream cheese & white chocolate filling covered w/mmf. All accents and baby are mmf. Lesson learned-don't use store brand shortening and use a stiffer icing for the dams! This was fun even though I had a couple of major issues with it.

Chest Of Skulls

Chocolate cake, 9x13 spit in half then each layer split. Choc. cream cheese BC filling, covered w/mmf and accents also mmf. Skulls are homemade variation of krispy treats, shaped then covered w/mmf. Worms are also mmf.

Shelly's

Vanilla cakes, 12" w/lemon filling, 9" w.chocolate, and 6" w/raspberry. Iced w/Pastry Pride, sheer ribbon and real roses. Bride found the topper at the local dollar store.

Joyce And Bob's

My sister Joyce's wedding this past June. Topper was a pair of penguins, the picture doesn't show them too well. She was dead set against roses of any kind so we used a mix of daisies, baby's breath and a wild yellow something or other! They were happy with it and it traveled a bit over 200 miles to get there, assembled at site. Vanilla cakes w/lemon filling and iced with Pastry Pride. TFL! :)
