R2D2 For My Son's 9Th Birthday
I just used 7" rounds stacked for the body and a ball pan for the head. The leggs were Little Debbie Swiss cakes cause I didn't feel like making any more cakes. The feet were just a 7" cake cut in half, then top cut off so it was flat. All buttercream.
Penguin And Tree In The Snow
They gave me a napkin to copy the penguin and wanted me to add a tree also. I did a buttercream transfer for the penguin and then just piped the tree and the rest. TFL

Red And Pink Birthday Cake For A 9 Year Old Girl
This cake was one where the mom had originally suggested 9 tiers (one for each ear of age) and then decided on a smaller cake since she didn't have that many people coming. It's a tres leches cake with whipped frosting.
Noah's Arc #2 The Arc Up Close
This is an up-close pic of the arc on my noah's arc cake. I used basketweave with tip 16 for the sides and then used tip 3 (I think) for the roof and decks. I carved the arc out of an oval pan, just made the ends more pointy and then used a mini bread pan and cut it down for the house part of the arc. Thanks for looking
Noah's Arc #2
A customer liked the original Noah's arc cake so ordered that for a baby shower. I made a few improvements. The animals are made of fondant and painted instead of sugar cookies this time. I'm better at smoothing than I was back then and I changed the borders and other small details. Thanks for looking
My Son, Joey, And I Made Some Halloween Cupcakes For His Class
mummies, pumpkins (jack o lanterns) and spiders
My Boss's Birthday Cake
He collects globes so this was the perfect cake for him. I used two half ball pans and cut one of them to be flat to make the bottom (so it wouldn't roll!). It's frosted with whipped frosting (yeah, not exactly smooth...) and then I used fondant for the continents and painted them.
