first time with hibiscus. it didn't work out as i hoped...no air conditioning in these italian houses.! i'm not too thrilled at the way this came out. wish i could have done more. couldn't do too much because the customer said she didn't want it to look "too" busy. i would have done some things different. all bc.

this was my first practice dummy cake. the balls are made from chocolate, powdered sugar and marshmallows. it was fun to work with.
this is another version of a cake i've done before. i don't like doing the exact same thing, so i try to be a little different w/ every one. bc w/ fondant accents.
