60Th Anniversary

My version of a cake from the new Wilton tiered cakes book. Bottom layer is chocolate cake with raspberry filling; top is carrot cake with a cream cheese icing filling.

Turtle Cake

Giraffe Cake

This cake is inspired by all the giraffe cakes on this site, I hope I've done them justice! I gave it to a friend of mine who had twins.

This is a chocolate cake with fresh strawberries between the layers and IMBC icing. I was wishing I could keep it to eat instead of selling it!

A Closer Look

This cake was for some relatives and I thought it would be cute to do a hat and veil because I know they like western stuff. My great-aunt (the one in charge) didn't like the idea so I started brainstorming again. A couple of days layer my mom called me laughing because her aunt had called her and asked if there was any way I could do something western. My mom suggested a hat and veil and she thought that sounded wonderful and wondered if I would mind trying that. LOL in the end she loved it.

My First Wedding Cake

This took so much longer than I thought it would! I wan't very happy with the top tiere because it was hot in my house and by the time I started that cake the icing was starting to act funny. The family loved it though so I'm happy.

Sports Birthday

I saw a much bigger better version of this on this website, I can't remember who it was though. It was for my nephew's 8th birthday who is a sports fanatic.

Raspberry Birthday

Chocolate cake with raspberry filling and IMBC icing. This is from a wilton book, I didn't have much time and needed something quick to do.

This is a chocolate cake and it was REALLY crummy. With just the impression mat it looked pretty bad so I covered it with green. I think it turned out okay, considering what it started like !

French Vanilla cake with raspberry filling. Flowers are Royal and it's iced in buttercream.

This cake gave me Soooooo many problems, I almost threw it away before I ever started decorating it!

This is a chocolate fudge cake with butterscotch filling. Flowers done in royal icing, basketweave done in buttercream. I saw this in a wilton book and thought it suited my MIL perfectly.

Enchanted Tree

I made this for my Niece's fundraiser. It's the Enchanted Tree from Debbie Brown's book. Everything is MMF.

80Th Birthday

I saw this cake done by boonenati and had to try it. It was for my DH's grandmas birthday. Bottom layer was chocolate and top was white. Filling was whipping cream/cream cheese with fresh fruit on top. Thanks for the inspiration Nati, everybody loved it!
