This cake was for some relatives and I thought it would be cute to do a hat and veil because I know they like western stuff. My great-aunt (the one in charge) didn't like the idea so I started brainstorming again. A couple of days layer my mom called me laughing because her aunt had called her and asked if there was any way I could do something western. My mom suggested a hat and veil and she thought that sounded wonderful and wondered if I would mind trying that. LOL in the end she loved it.
