Beautiful cake! Thank your for the tutorial. One question though. How do you tell clients to serve/eat this? Do they cut right through the wafer paper and then pull it off before eating, or pull it off and then cut it. My understanding is that wafer paper does not taste very good. Nervous about covering a cake with something like that.
