Im making these cupcakes for sunday. I have the topper design down but im wondering what decorating tip you guys think this is? Im thinking its a closed star tip, but not really sure which number 

For me it's not a closed star but an open star tip or a french decorating tip.  Now for the number I think it depends on the size you would like it to be.
