Freezing Cake ! Please Help!!

AHow long is is ok to keep cake frozen? I need to freeze it so I can sculpt the cake info the shape I want. So how long can I keep the cake in the freezer?

You can keep it frozen for several months,  Just wrap it tightly and then I recommend putting it inside a paper bag as well.  Just make sure you don't have freezer odors, they will be absorbed into the cake.

Thank you very much!! What's the best way to store cupcakes? I really wanted to bake and frost them today.(Wednesday) they are for Saturday. Would you be able to get me with that? The frosting would be cream cheese frosting.

Depending on the actual recipe you use for cr ch icing whether it can be fzn.  I would go ahead & bake & fz but wait to ice them until the day before.  If they will be all consumed on Sat you don't even need to fz them at all.  But they will not last much longer than that.
