Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting


  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 3/4 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed


1 In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.

This is much better than the other recipe from southern living. No grit with this one. The recipe with granulated sugar leaves a gritty feel and crunch when eating it. Feels like sand in the cream cheese. This recipe is much smoother, creamier and no grit.
