Chocolate Glaze I

This a simple glaze, and can be made in either a double boiler or the microwave.

Chocolate Glaze I


  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup


1 In a double boiler, melt together butter, chocolate, and syrup. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate in the microwave, and then blend in the other ingredients.

2 Pour glaze while still warm over cake.
