I have never worked with this before. Does this harden? Could you use it on a cake instead of fondant? Would you be able to cut the cake?
To Babycakes 30265: Yes it does harden, and No don't use it for the whole cake covering. (Just for small thing, figures , leaves, roses)... THIS works like a charm, and it tastes very good too - well it's chocolate after all.../ It has beautiful shine to it ,and everything looks like you made it from pure chocolate.Try it, it will not disappoint you, and everybody would admire your work. good luck!

If you did this in white chocolate, can you add coloring to it?
