My best selling Vanilla Cupcakes

Best cupcakes that stay fluffy,moist and soft days on end.

The vanilla essence can be substituted for any essence works amazing with rose water to make Turkish delight cupcakes as well.


4 eggs
2cups sugar
1cup milk
¼ cup butter
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
10ml Vanilla Essence
2cups flour


Beat the eggs and sugar for 4 minutes till tripled in volume it will become white,light and fluffy.

Heat the milk and butter till the butter is melted.

To the egg and sugar mix add the flour,salt,baking powder and essence mix till combined.

Lastly add the heated milk and butter to the mix and mix just till combined.

Spoon into cupcake cups and bake in a preheated oven at 350°c /180°c for 18 minutes.
