Rice cereal treats are a family staple, mix it up with this chocolate peanut butter version, sure to be a new family favorite.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Cereal Treats

2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/3 cup chocolate peanut butter
4 cups mini marshmallows
3-4 cups rice cereal

Prepare an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Line pan with parchment paper.
Combine butter and peanut butter in a large bowl.
Add marshmallows and melt in microwave, stirring occasionally. Mix until well combined.
Stir in cereal until well incorporated and press into the baking dish while mixture is still warm.
Cool to room temperature and cut into squares.
