Creamy Baked Cheesecake

Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk gives this cheesecake a creamy and smooth texture. Top with a raspberry spread, or serve plain.

Creamy Baked Cheesecake


  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Equal® Spoonful*
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup Equal® Spoonful**
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice


1 Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine crumbs, butter and sugar; press firmly on bottom of ungreased 9-inch spring form pan.

2 In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until set.

3 Remove from oven; top with sour cream. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool. Chill. Prepare Raspberry Topping and serve with cheesecake. Store covered in refrigerator.
