Pistachio Mousse

I wanted a light fluffy filling, that would match nicely to a white cake I had made. I knew I wanted a mousse, so I just experimented and came up w/ this


I guess any type of instant pudding flavour would work.

Pistachio Mousse


  • 1 package instant, pistachio flavored pudding (PLUS ingredients to make pudding.)
  • 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp confectioners sugar


  1. Prepare pudding per package directions.
  2. Whip the cream until soft peaks begin to form. Add the confectioners sugar, whip for an additional 1-2 minutes (may need to be whipped longer based on type of mixer used)
  3. Fold the pudding into the whipped topping. Refrigerate any leftovers.

    Don’t know…but it’s yummy

Tastes great! I just pudding the pudding mix in the bowl and whipping cream and icing sugar and mixed on high.
